Cathleen Colehour, MBA is the founder of Smart Business Boards and an expert on growing entrepreneurial businesses. She has over 20 years experience in consulting, business strategy, sales and marketing, acquisitions, and general management in both the U.S. and Canada. 

Now a Canadian citizen, she is passionate about “moving the needle” of growth in entrepreneurial revenues in Canada.  She has an MBA in Finance and Business Strategy from The University of Chicago, and a BA in marketing from Michigan State University.

Smart Business Boards was founded as a result of a group of women CEO’s who urged the formation of an organization for established businesses looking to achieve the “next level” of business growth.  Ms. Colehour is Chairman of Smart Business Boards and personally leads the founding group in Toronto.
